Tour Itinerary
DAY 1: CITY TOUR AND HUACACHINA
9:00 AM approx. Start of City tour: visit to the Main Square, old mansions, Cathedral and two-needle obelisk. Visit to the Sanctuary of Luren, Catholic temple from the 16th century and the Image of the Lord of Luren. Tour through Cachiche, famous for its witch legends and the Seven-Headed Palm Tree. Visit to artisan winery with wine and pisco tasting. Lunch time at countryside restaurant (optional). Visit to the Huacachina Oasis for adventure sports such as buggies and sandboarding in the dunes. 2:00 PM approx. Return to the city of Ica.
DAY 2: BALLESTAS ISLANDS AND PARACAS NATIONAL RESERVE
06:00 AM approx. Pick up from downtown hotels. 07:45 AM approx. Arrival, reception and transfer to El Chaco pier. 08:00 AM approx. Visit to the Ballestas Islands: observation of the candelabra, islands, marine fauna, sea lions, guano birds and rock formations. 10:30 AM approx. Return to the pier and time for refreshments. 11:00 AM approx. Visit to the Paracas National Reserve: rock formation "La Catedral", flamingo watching, Paracas interpretation room and beach circuit. 17:00 PM approx. Transfer to the city of Ica.
