Itinerary
Day 1: Monkey Island
09:00 AM Reception at the Monte Amazonico office. Transfer to the port and boat ride to the lodge. Welcome and lunch. Visit Monkey Island to observe different species. At night, search for caimans and capybaras. Dinner and rest.
Day 2: Tambopata National Reserve
Breakfast. 3 km walk to Lake Sandoval, rowing boat ride and observation of birds, monkeys, otters, and caimans. Typical lunch. At night, a night walk to observe insects, amphibians, and reptiles. Dinner and rest.
Day 3: Canopy Walk-Way
05:30 AM Walk along the Canopy Walk-Way 30 meters high to observe birds and the rainforest from above. Breakfast and end of the experience.
